The Master Data & PEGA SME is responsible for ensuring that master data processes, business rules and automation solutions are aligned, scalable and fit-for-purpose within the S/4HANA landscape.
This role combines strong master data functional expertise with PEGA process knowledge, ensuring that automation supports — not drives — master data design and operational objectives.
How you will contribute
Act as a subject matter expert for master data processes across relevant domains (Product, Material, Customer, Vendor)
Define, validate, and maintain business rules, attributes and process standards
Ensure alignment between global templates, regional requirements and operational execution
Support data readiness, cleansing and migration validation activities
Support PEGA Enablement in the Product and BP master data domains
Translate master data business rules and process requirements into PEGA-enabled workflows
Ensure PEGA automation supports process standardization, data quality, compliance and efficiency
Validate PEGA designs to ensure they correctly reflect master data intent and governance
Act as the functional bridge between master data SMEs, operations, business functions and technical build teams
Support testing, defect resolution and stabilization of PEGA-enabled processes
Ensure master data and PEGA solutions comply with governance, audit and control requirements
Identify opportunities where automation can simplify or strengthen master data processes
Support change management, training and adoption of standardized processes
Provide expert guidance to operational team's post go-live

What you need to know about this position:
We seek a dynamic, eager to learn and commercially oriented professional willing to develop skills related to Data Management Operations and Service Delivery throughout digitally enabled global processes and solutions in a multi-national and multi-functional business environment. S/he will be familiar with Master Data landscape and relevant domains for FMCG industry. S/he will be familiar with operating in a BPO environment leveraging internal and external skills and capabilities to work in master data operations and engage effectively business data owners and teams accountable for master data ownership and data quality and governance.
Travel requirements: 10%
