About this role

Our Partnerships organization is growing, and we are hiring a Partnerships Project Manager in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will help scale the infrastructure behind monday.com's global Scale Partner ecosystem, support the operational backbone of our programs, and drive cross-departmental initiatives that strengthen our multi-product partnerships. You will work closely with multiple teams to build and optimize partner-facing systems, improve processes, launch new initiatives, and ensure thousands of partners have the tools and frameworks they need to succeed. The role requires operational excellence, effective stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

To succeed in this role, you should bring strong project management skills, a passion for partnerships, and the ability to manage large-scale global programs. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and motivated to build scalable solutions. Effective communication and collaboration are essential, as you will work with multiple internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure our programs remain world-class.

About The Role

  • Own and maintain the operational infrastructure of the Authorized Partners Program, including internal systems, platforms, automations, and analytics frameworks.
  • Lead global cross-departmental projects and assist in launching new initiatives that strengthen partner enablement, engagement, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, sales, and revenue teams to support a multi-product partner strategy across monday.com Work Management, CRM, Dev, and Service.
  • Ensure scalable and consistent program execution by documenting processes, maintaining program assets, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Track and monitor partner program metrics at scale, using data to guide decisions, highlight opportunities, and optimize partner experience.
  • Serve as a connection point between internal stakeholders and the broader partner ecosystem, ensuring visibility into partner needs and program roadmap.
  • Support the development and rollout of program enhancements, platform improvements, and operational best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners into the ecosystem by ensuring they receive clear, updated, and effective program materials.
  • Manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional projects that impact global partners.



Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS companies, preferably in roles involving revenue-driving project management, business operations, or partnerships.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, or operational tools to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and time zones.
  • A proactive mindset, close attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Passion for building scalable programs and supporting global partner ecosystems.
