About this role

monday.com is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Revenue Officer. This individual will manage administrative operations that enable focus and execution at the highest level within a rapidly growing SaaS organization.


This is a hybrid position based in our vibrant NYC office, with in-person presence required three days per week.


About The Role

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting logistics, and internal/external correspondence.
  • Own and optimize Leadership's schedule—ensuring clear agendas, appropriate prioritization, and full preparation for all meetings and engagements.
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper: assessing meeting requests and ensuring they are aligned with priorities, prepared adequately, and support productive outcomes.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps while offering forward-thinking solutions before challenges arise.
  • Support logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team meetings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams globally to ensure clear communication and seamless alignment with our international colleagues.
  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities in support of the leaders and their leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, at least 3 years supporting SVP or C-level leaders in fast-paced, large, global organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented with a high bar for quality.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset—you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback.
  • Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard.
  • Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high-growth SaaS company.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $105,000 - $120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
