About The Role

Your responsibility

  • Lead a high-performing team of talented engineers in building scalable, impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and design to deliver seamless user experiences and unlock new business opportunities.
  • Drive innovation while maintaining robust, production-ready code across our tech stack.
  • Mentor and grow team members, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.
  • Play a key role in defining and executing the group’s technical and strategic vision.
  • Our stack includes Node.js, Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Redis, MySQL, and more. Operating in microservices and microfrontends environments, we prioritize quick, iterative development cycles to bring value to our users faster.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
  • Centralize the team's activities, including new feature development, automation, testing, bug management, and planning your team's iterations in an Agile environment.
  • Develop features end-to-end, from thinking about the product, working with the UI/UX design team, development, testing, and deployment to post-deployment analysis.
  • Passion for both client-side and server-side development.
  • Ability to scale out teams and groups, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring.
  • Strong technical and product skills with a passion for delivering slick products and tools with high-impact
  • Impact-driven: Measure everything, make sure every task moves the needle, and utilize your resources to maximize the team's impact on every Q.
  • Able to lead the team from the ground by keeping a strong hands-on routine.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in building B2D (Business to Developers) products in the past - advantage
