About this role

Overview

For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a person joining the Warehouse Operations Control team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).


Your Impact

As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.

What you will do:

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:

  • Analyze warehouse stock levels to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control inventory and logistics volumes, ensuring data accuracy and precision
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
  • Collect and analyze operational data to create periodic reports and identify areas for improving and implementing corrective solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar
  • Good knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong curiosity for data and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • A positive, engaging and creative approach to work in cross-functional teams
