About this role
For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a person joining the Warehouse Operations Control team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Your Impact
As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
What you will do:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Analyze warehouse stock levels to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and control inventory and logistics volumes, ensuring data accuracy and precision
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Collect and analyze operational data to create periodic reports and identify areas for improving and implementing corrective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar
- Good knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Strong curiosity for data and problem-solving
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- A positive, engaging and creative approach to work in cross-functional teams
