Ensure the stores in high quality, responsibility of window & in store setup in coordination with Stores & Regional Visual Merchandising Team.
Your Impact
Role and Responsibility
1) Instore Setup
- Floor planning for each store based on global guideline, sales & customer profile.
- Collaborate with stores about Instore floor plan & instore mannequin looks.
- Onsite display check to control instore merchandising based on global guideline and to maintain high standard of store quality.
- Work in collaboration with HQ and between region situations
- Capability of overviewing stores with high standard
- Reports per month of instore changeover.
- VM tools and prop order & inventory control.
- VM Major training & evaluation.
- Maintenance of store facility which is part of VM department.
- Window mannequin looks arrangement for each store based on global guideline.
- Availability of overnight for window setup
- Manage window suppliers and collaborate with stores.
- Work in collaboration with HQ and between region situations
- Overview all windows and handling
- Reports per month of store display.
- Pop up /corner installation setup.
- Budget Control
2) Exterior & Interior Lightbox visual installation
- Visual selection from HQ proposal images & planning for allocation.
- Quality control (Color, layout, clean image) for local printing & installation.
- Visual layout proposal to HQ for each store.
- Visual budget control.
Qualifications
Role Competencies
- Ability to communicate and work among other departments
- Flexibility of manage stores and suppliers
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Basic VM knowledge of how-to setup mannequins & setup racks
- Team building ability and relationship skills
- Intermediate level of Photoshop and illustrator
- Intermediate level of English skills
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of VM experience preferably with Ready-to-wear and opening experience
