About this role

Overview

MONCLER is looking for a Stock Controller (part time – 32 hours per week) to join the team in our Munich Airport Store from February 2026.

 

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller, with impeccable presentation; who is enthusiastic and highly motivated, and with well organisational skills to be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house.

 

The Stock Controller, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.

 


Your Impact

Responsibilities and task:

 

· To deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for Clients,

· To organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to Clients,

· To deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance,

· To ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager,

· To take charge of customers’ repair requests, to deal with customer complaints and ensures that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to

· To support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities,

· To participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency,

· To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.

· To Actively cooperate during preparation and execution of inventories;

 

Team working activities:

 

· To collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission in order to strengthen Company’s Community and to work in a full integrated manner on a global scale, improving organization and driving innovation as a team.

· To provide the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to other department if necessary.

· To ensure a unique client experience, creating a long-lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;

· To achieve excellent selling performances and results;


Qualifications

Requirements:

 

· Proven experience in a similar role; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;

· Fast paced and well organised

· Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;

· Experienced using RIFD is preferable

· Computer literacy

· You will have autonomy; will need to be independent and highly self-motivated

· Willingness evolve in the organization, flexible to best practices for the business.

· Excellent communication skill both written and verbal

· Fluency in German and English, another language is a plus

· Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
