Overview

6 MONTHS | FULL-TIME | FROM DECEMBER

 

We are looking for a passionate Showroom Coordinator Intern to join our Showroom team in our Global HQ in Milan. 


Your Impact

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Support the management with high volumes of confidential information with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment;
  • Assist the Wholesale and Retail Departments in maintaining and updating team databases, files, templates, and cross-functional documents;
  • Help coordinate all elements of market preparation, including team schedules, to ensure a well-organized and productive market period;
  • Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns;
  • Ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines;
  • Provide support for in-season order processing to meet ongoing commercial needs;
  • Collaborate with the Design Department and major model agencies to facilitate qualitative showroom model castings aligned with targets;
  • Assist in coordinating and nurturing business relations with key suppliers;
  • Provide back-office administrative support during market to ensure a smooth end-to-end process;
  • Participate in additional tasks that contribute to showroom excellence ambitions.

 


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian & English;
  • Strong numeracy skills with proficiency in Excel;
  • Commercially minded and happy working with different tasks/projects;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A proactive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment;
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced setting;
  • Able to take control of complex problems and committed to find a solution;
  • Adaptable, flexible, and committed to supporting the needs of the business;
  • Showroom experience desirable;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
