The Role: Quality Control Specialist, Finished Product

We are looking for a senior, technically skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality team at Stone Island HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role acts as a technical reference for garment construction and finishing, performing on-site quality inspections at external manufacturing partners, primarily on outerwear, trousers, sweatshirts and T-shirts.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure finished garments meet Stone Island’s quality standards, supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.


Your Impact

The Day-To-Day

  • Perform on-site technical quality inspections on finished garments, focusing on construction, stitching and finishing;
  • Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with suppliers to define corrective actions;
  • Verify compliance with technical sheets, fitting requirements and quality standards;
  • Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality alignment throughout production.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in garment quality control or technical roles within apparel manufacturing;
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques and finishing standards;
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and interact confidently with suppliers
  • Good command of English and willingness to travel weekly to suppliers on the national territory, and availability for international travel.
