The Role: Production Specialist
We are looking for a structured and results-driven Production Specialist to join our Operations team at the Stone Island HQ in Ravarino (MO).
This role plays a crucial part in coordinating production activities across our supply chain, ensuring a consistent flow of operations and timely deliveries. You’ll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align plans, solve issues, and support production excellence.
Your Impact
The Day-To-Day
- Execute production launches in the company ERP system (Stealth)
- Ensure alignment between production plans, material availability, and documentation
- Monitor production progress with external suppliers and follow up for updates and delivery schedules
- Manage and verify logistics documentation related to orders
- Collaborate with internal departments (Quality, Logistics, Product Development) to ensure smooth workflows and resolve issues
- Support the achievement of delivery deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations, ideally in fashion or textiles
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and results orientation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Stealth) and strong digital skills
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand production workflows
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for communication with international suppliers
- Strong team spirit and clear, effective communication skills
