The Role: Production Engineer
We are currently looking for a Production Engineer to join our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will be responsible for drafting technical documentation to support sample development and production, while also providing technical assistance to external suppliers in collaboration with the Industrialization team and pattern makers.
Your Impact
The Day-To-Day
- Analyze prototypes and samples to define technical and construction guidelines
- Draft and update technical documentation in the PLM system (Centric)
- Support mockup preparation and collection approval meetings
- Provide technical assistance to Quality Control and suppliers throughout the production process
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- Technical background and knowledge of garment manufacturing and industrialization processes
- Previous experience, even brief, in similar roles within structured fashion companies
- Familiarity with PLM systems (Centric preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong technical analysis skills and attention to detail
- Precision, reliability, and teamwork orientation
- Effective communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers
