MONCLER is currently looking for a Part-time Client Advisor (32 hours per week) to join our boutique in Amsterdam Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat.
Our Client Advisors, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.
The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets.
Responsibilities and tasks:
· To provide the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to another department if necessary;
· Ensures a unique client experience, creating a long-lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after-sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
· Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
· Actively cooperates during the preparation and execution of inventories, product replenishment and stock activities;
· To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times.
Team working activities:
· To collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission in order to strengthen the company’s community and to work in a fully integrated manner on a global scale, improving organisation and driving innovation as a team;
· Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in sales roles;
· Experience in structured fashion luxury/retail companies is a plus;
· Passionate in retail, client service and with a commercial mindset;
· Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
· Strong communication skills;
· Willingness to evolve in the organisation, flexible to best practices for the business;
· Fluency & sophistication in Dutch and English are preferred, another language is a plus;
· Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
