The Role: Client Advisor

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a part-time Client Advisor (19 hours per week) to join our team in our boutique at Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat.


Your Impact

The Day-To-Day

 

· Has strong knowledge of the collection

· Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

· Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones

· Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling

· Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities

· Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards

· May have opening and closing responsibilities.


Qualifications

Key Qualifications

 

· Previous experience in sales roles;

· Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;

· Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;

· Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry;

· Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;

· Strong communication skills;

· Willingness to evolve in the organisation;

· Fluency and sophistication in Dutch and English, another language is a plus;

· Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
