A RETAIL 360° WORKING PATH
As Client Advisor you will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building long-lasting relationships. In partnership with the team, you will be responsible for reaching individual goals while contributing to the team achievement.
AN EXCLUSIVE LEARNING PATH
You will receive an extraordinary learning path, focused on the customer experience excellence.
A TAILOR-MADE JOURNEY

One-year full time working sales experience as Client Advisor in one of our Flagship Store, a unique learning path designed by Moncler Managers, an extraordinary development plan to reach the highest peak together.
Qualifications
Who you are?
• A new graduate with a strong passion for Luxury and Fashion
• A previous work experience is not required, an internship in a customer-oriented role is preferred
• Customer-Centric mindset
• Strong Communication Skills
• Detail oriented, ensuring high-quality service
• Team player
• Cultural Awareness, sensitivity and understanding of diverse cultures, especially important for joining a global opportunity
• Willingness to relocate – A visa for the destination country is required as a mandatory condition
• English proficient, another language according to the destination country
