Overview

Moncler is looking for a Junior PR Manager to join our EMEA communications team in Paris, to support the implementation of regional public relations initiatives, helping to shape the brand narrative across key EMEA markets (20 countries / 100 boutiques) and maximize the visibility of Moncler in relevant media and with key opinion leaders. Working in close collaboration with global and local teams, PR agencies, and media partners, you will help ensure our communications reflect our values of innovation and authenticity


Your Impact

Key Responsibilities:

 

PR & Media Relationships

 

  • Support the roll-out of PR strategies and seasonal campaigns across EMEA markets, aligned with global brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with local PR agencies to localize messaging, manage press outreach, and execute market-specific activities.
  • Assist in creating press materials (releases, media alerts, Q&A…) for collection launches, brand experiences and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends, cultural movements, and media conversations relevant to fashion, innovation, and luxury.
  • Track and analyze editorial coverage; prepare detailed PR reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Tightly manage and track the PR/communications budget in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Assist in planning and executing high-impact PR events including press days and brand experiences.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fashion, lifestyle, and innovation-focused media.

Talent & Influencer Marketing

  • Contribute actively to identifying and supporting relevant regional talents and influencers as well as community voices.
  • Participate in acquisition, negotiation and retention of KOL, Talent and Influencers
  • Manage product placement and seeding processes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or PR.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a PR or communications role within the luxury industry (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with media dynamics across key EMEA markets; existing media contacts are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interest in innovation, cultural trends, and the evolving landscape of fashion communications.
  • True team player, adapts well to change, collaborative, and team oriented. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
