About this role

Overview

IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME|6-MONTHS:
We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our Milan HQ.


Your Impact

  • Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
  • Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management;
  • Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
  • Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system;
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in the IT field;
  • Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers;
  • Familiarity with major operating systems;
  • Knowledge of Office Automation;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
  • Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
