Qualifications
- 5年以上の業務アプリケーションのサポート経験
- リテール系業務システム運用経験 (例： Cegid POS, Dynamics CRM, RFID)
PCスキル：Excel / Word / Powerpoint
データ分析スキル："データ分析から仮説を導く分析スキル
リレーショナルデータベースユーティリティの操作経験あればプラス"
言語："English - Fluent、Japanese - Native"
コミュニケーションスキル："業務システムに関する技術的トピック前提としたイタリアITメンバーとのコミュニケーションスキル
ローカルの非ITメンバーとイタリアITメンバーをつなぐブリッジコミュニケーションスキル"

What you'll do
- The IT Senior Specialist will participate in IT projects led by the Italian headquarters, promoting the introduction of new systems and services. They will work closely with the Japanese back-office department to optimize system operations and manage IT-related tasks.
