MONCLER is offering an amazing opportunity, creating a position of Visual Merchandiser as part of our teams in Vienna Flagship.
- Ensure the boutique VM standards are well maintained according to guidelines and in compliance with Moncler VM standards;
- Participate in the planning, preparation of VM set-up for the different departments and rotations, aligned with the Store Director
- Participate in the installation of window in accordance with Moncler standards and manage product rotations in the window;
- Ensure products are displayed according to Moncler standards and guidelines, agility to reinforce the visibility of our collection
Share qualitative and photographic feedback, after each rotation with the Regional VM and Global teams, proceed with required adjustments
- Manage products, Optimize boutique tools, stock & inventory
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of all product categories and become a driving force to lead business development through Visual Merchandising
- Be the ambassador and a role model for Visual Merchandising in the whole boutique, training Floor and BO teams with passion and energy and interacting with them to check product selection and presentation
- Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales & participate to the unique client experience at MONCLER
- Guaranteeing Visual Merchandising during in-store events
