The Role: Digital Analyst

 

At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Digital Analyst who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.

As part of the Digital Team, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing Stone Island’s Digital experience through analysis and monitoring of key KPI, providing actionable and strategic insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making – all to help achieve the business objectives at WW level.

 

Main Activities:

  • Build and interpret business, sales and merchandising analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, providing actionable insights.
  • Website Core vitals and purchase funnel analysis & monitoring, providing proactive insights on how to improve the user journey and optimize conversion.
  • Monitor for all lines and categories the in-season performance against financial targets, leveraging omnichannel stock rebalancing opportunities, across all regions.
  • Support the yearly Sales Forecasts and Planning through analysis of key trends and sales drivers.
  • Analysis of the digital and omnichannel client profile in relation to sales.

 

 


Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
  • 3 years working experience in business/sales/retail analysis.
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel are mandatory. Ideally hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented and precise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and deadline-management abilities.
  • Fluency in English, a second language is a plus.
