MONCLER is currently looking for a Team/Department Manger (internally called Client Advisor Manager) for its Flagship in Munich, reporting to the Store Manager.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Client Advisor Manager proactively leads successful sales activity for excellent results, ensuring every client benefits from the complete Moncler Client Experience.
MONCLER Client Advisor Manager is accountable for achieving sales targets and key qualitative objectives, managing a dedicated sales team identified on a regular basis.
BUSINESS
Sales - Engage with customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and drive transactions to increase revenue and ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge - Understand product features, benefits, and applications to enhance sales and client experience.
KPI Management - Set, track, and optimize key performance indicators to measure and improve business effectiveness.
CLIENT
Clienteling - Build and maintain strong, personalized client relationships through attentive service and tailored recommendations to foster loyalty.
After-sales - Deliver excellent client service by handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while addressing feedback and promoting additional sales.
Client Experience - Provide exceptional service, promptly address concerns, offer personalized assistance, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Client Development - Develop and execute the store’s client strategy, upgrading current clients, expanding the client base, and achieving long-term clienteling goals.
PROCEDURES
System & Processes - Implement, maintain, and optimize store operations for seamless business workflows.
STORE IMAGE
Windows and Display - Create engaging showcases to attract customers, highlight merchandise, and communicate brand identity effectively.
Visual Merchandising - Ensure proper inventory management and display alignment with store aesthetics and sales strategies.
PEOPLE
Team Organization - Organize and align team efforts to achieve goals efficiently.
Team Growth - Foster team development, enhance collaboration, and maintain a positive work culture.
