The Role: CAD Designer
We are looking for a CAD Designer to join our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will be responsible for developing fabric markers for cutting and for size grading, working in close collaboration with the Pattern Making and Production teams. This position requires precision, advanced technical skills, and a strong focus on process optimization.


Your Impact

The Day-To-Day

  • Create and optimize fabric markers using CAD/PLM software to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with Pattern Making to process technical sheets and digital patterns
  • Support Production in managing orders and ensuring delivery timelines are met
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of placement and cutting processes with innovative solutions
  • Develop size grading from base prototypes, applying measurement tables and internal rules
  • Check consistency of measurements and proportions across sizes, solving fitting-related issues

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Technical diploma (e.g., textile or fashion) or equivalent education in apparel manufacturing
  • 2–4 years of experience in apparel production companies
  • Proficiency in CAD software for pattern making and markers (Lectra Modaris/Diamino preferred)
