The Role: Archive Intern
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Archive Intern to support the development and structuring of our Archive at the Stone Island HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will assist in the cataloging, preservation and ongoing management of archival materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Your Impact
The Day-To-Day
Support the team dedicated to assessing the conservation status of archival materials and assist in their maintenance and restoration;
Contribute to the implementation of digital archiving tools to facilitate access and visualization of materials;
Provide support to internal departments in consulting and retrieving archival content;
Conduct research and assist in managing archive-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
Educational background in Fashion Studies or related fields, with strong interest in heritage management and archiving
Basic understanding of cataloging methods, classification criteria and best practices in archival preservation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with main file formats for digital archiving
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach
