A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Operations Director and Director of Nursing for Monash Medical Centre (MMC) & Operations Manager Emergency and Intensive Care (MMC)
About the Role
In this full-time, permanent role based at Monash Medical Centre you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Operations Director and Director of Nursing for MMC and Operations Manager Emergency and Intensive Care.
You will work closely with both leaders to coordinate day-to-day operations, assist with managing priorities across MMC site, prepare documentation and reports, and support communication between internal and external stakeholders.
The Personal Assistant plays an integral role in managing the service and ensuring its smooth and efficient day-to-day operation while also contributing to efficient, patient-centred service delivery.
