- Ensuring continuity of care throughout a patient’s admission
- Supporting meaningful progression in dietetic management across the care journey
About You

Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Hold a Dietitians Australia (DA) accredited dietetics degree, or hold a DA mutually recognised dietetics degree from New Zealand, or have passed the Dietetic Skills Recognition (DSR) process
- Eligible for DA membership and Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status
- Current Drivers Licence

What you'll do
- The Dietitian will provide high-quality, patient-centered dietetic care and ensure continuity of care throughout a patient’s admission. They will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support dietetic management across the care journey.
