Clinical Research Coordinator - Nephrology (Nurse)
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in clinical research within a dynamic and dedicated team committed to improving patient care. The Nephrology Clinical Research Unit at Monash Health, Clayton, is seeking a Research Nurse or Clinical Research Assistant for a 12-month secondment.
About the Role
Role Responsibilities:

Liaise with sponsors, Principal Investigators, clinical staff, and theatre teams.

Conduct patient pre-screening and recruitment.
-
Manage informed consent processes.
-
Collect and enter protocol-driven data.
-
Complete electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and coordinate follow-up activities.

Provide in-service education to relevant staff.
Patients will be recruited from renal clinics, referrals, and departmental databases.
Support Provided:

Experienced coordinators will assist with orientation and processes.

Principal and sub-investigators will provide clinical direction.

Sponsors will deliver protocol training and ongoing support.

Travel allowance for satellite sites (own vehicle required; Monash Health parking access necessary).
About You
Requirements:
-
Registered Nurse (clinical research experience preferred).
-
Current ICH-GCP certification or willingness to complete prior to commencement.

Strong computer skills.
-
Flexibility with hours (typically 8:00 am – 4:30 pm).

Must be able to travel between satellite sites in own car and have access to parking at Monash Health sites.
