About the Role

The Radiology Program Administration Team provides direct support to the members of the Radiology Program Leadership Team consisting of the Program Medical Director, Operations Director, Deputy Program Medical Director (Quality and Safety), Deputy Director (Research & Education) and Operations Manager, as well as broader accountabilities supporting program-wide governance, medical team administration, research, education, and planning.

There are four Administration Assistants reporting to the Radiology Program Administration Manager, and each will have a primary support portfolio. In addition to their primary portfolio, all four Administration Assistants and the Manager deliver a large range of additional Program Administration activities.

 

About You

You are a proactive, experienced administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively both autonomously and in a team-based role. You can demonstrate: 

  • Proven administration experience at a high level  
  • Excellent computer skills, including demonstrated skills in SharePoint, Word and Excel, with a high attention detail 
  • Proactive, organised and can work autonomously as well as in a team 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise work  
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and resilience in high pressure situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
