About the Role - Full Time

The position takes responsibility for creditor accounts which comprise of invoices and payment requests and settling the accounts within the specified terms, as directed by Monash Health policy. Key result areas: 

  • Act as a point of contact for all payment enquiries.
  • Liaise with Procurement, Pharmacy, Engineering, Health Technology and Capital Works Project and all other purchasing staff regarding purchases and payments.
  • Maintain and develop productive, professional and courteous business relationships with suppliers, contractors and other relevant external organisations to Monash Health.

 

About You

Qualifications/registrations/licences:

  • Bookkeeping Skills
  • Highly developed clerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Outstanding Communication Skills

Technical skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Knowledge in Oracle Financial
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable Experience
