About You:
To be eligible for 2026 Graduate Program positions candidates must:
Be eligible for the PMCV 2025 graduate match and have thus far been unsuccessful in matching with a health service
Complete course requirements between 1 January 2025 and 30 June 2026
Meet all the requirements to be registered as a RN with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia before starting your proposed employment
We accept applications from domestic applicants, New Zealand citizens and Australian Trained Temporary Residents with Australian working rights.
Graduate nurses and or midwives who have already been allocated a position with a health service are INELIGIBLE to apply

About the Role:
The Monash Health Graduate Program takes pride in providing our Graduates with excellent opportunities to consolidate their skills, expand their experience as a beginning practitioner and grow their career.
Monash Health offers the following Nursing Programs: General Nursing, Residential Aged Care and Subacute. These programs include a 12-month structured program consisting of two 6-month rotations.
Offer of Employment:
Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory completion of the following probity checks prior to commencement:
Submission of a valid ‘Employee’ Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Completion of a Fit2Work police check conducted within three months of the contract commencement date
Submission of proof of immunisation
Confirmed registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife prior to the program clinical commencement date
Evidence of a valid Visa allowing full working rights with no restrictions (if not an Australian citizen or permanent resident) prior to program clinical commencement date
