What We’re Looking For 

  • Documented success closing high ticket, Commission based sales 
  • comfortable running a full in home sales process from presentation to signed agreement 
  • proven ability to handle objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale 
  • competitive, performance driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding quotas 
  • confident operating with minimal supervision in a field sales environment 
  • comfortable learning and presenting long form sales presentations 
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend – when the real money is made 
  • Motivated by uncapped income and accountability, not a guaranteed paycheck 
  • Experience in solar or adjacent industries (HVAC, roofing, windows, auto, mortgage, insurance, finance) strongly preferred
