Summary:

スペシャルティ・アディティブ事業の中でシランカップリング剤、シリコーン系工業プロセス用離型剤、消泡剤、農業用展着剤などの機能性添加剤を中心に、国内の営業活動全般をカバーし、日本市場のビジネスの成長を実現いただきます。

This position covers commercial responsibilities of Specialty Additives(SA) such as silane , industrial process release agent, antifoam, agriculture adjuvant mainly covering all the commercial related activities in Japan. the position is expected to deliver consistent business growth in Japanese Market.

Responsibilities Include:

  • 日本全体の営業戦略との整合性を確保しながら、SA(スペシャルティアディティブ(機能性添加剤))ビジネスを継続的に成長させるため、年間営業計画の達成に向けて取り組む。
  • 代理店と密接に連携し、既存顧客との関係とそのビジネスを維持する。
  • SAの事業目標を達成するために、社内の各部署(カスタマーサービス、製造、開発、ファイナンス、プロダクト・スチュワードシップ、サプライチェーンなど)と協力する。
  • 会社の製品とサービスに関する最新の知識を維持する。
  • 需要予測、既存および新規顧客とプロジェクト、価格設定、その他営業運営に関連するデータについて、会社の様々なERPシステム(日常的なITシステム)を通して管理する。
  • 顧客関連マーケットの消費者の行動を知るためのデータ収集と分析を行う。
  • 苦情を解決し、プロセスを改善することでさらなる問題を防ぐ。
  • 市場調査や顧客との交流を通じて業界のトレンドを把握する。
  • Work towards agreed yearly commercial plan in order to continuously grow SA business while ensuring the alignment with the overall Japan commercial strategy
  • Closely work with distributor to maintain existing customers and business Collaborate with internal departments (such as Customer Services, Finance, Product Stewardship, and Supply Chain...) to realize SA business target
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Manage company’s various ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning/Daily working IT systems) on demand forecast, new customer and project entry and tracking, pricing and other data relating to routine commercial operation
  • Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior
  • Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
  • Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Identify industry trends through market research and customer interactions

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2~3年以上の営業関連経験がある方
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
  • データを収集、追跡、分析する能力
  • 商品、ビジネス、市場に対する高い学習意欲
  • 問題解決を経験された方
  • 社内外との信頼関係を築き、協働する能力
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience demonstrating an ability to increase sales in Chemical companies
  • Native level  in Japanese.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
  • High motivation for learning products / business / market
  •  Problem-solved experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 化学または関連分野の学士号取得者
  • 農業用展着剤、工業プロセス用離型剤、消泡剤等の化学材料の営業使用経験
  • 複数のERPシステムの使用経験
  • 英語の使用経験
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical-related field.
  • Experience in release and antifoam applications is preferred.
  • Experience in using multiple ERP systems.Experience in business English.
