Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Process Lead, Inventory Control  working in Toronto, Ontario. You will be a part of the Customer Supply Chain Team.  You will manage order processing activities and maintain accurate inventory controls across all owned and 3PL warehouse locations. You’ll ensure seamless handoffs between 3PL partners, brewery operations, distribution teams, and commercial operations. This role owns the execution and accuracy of regularly scheduled physical inventory processes and will continue to evolve strategies as our route-to-market changes. You will mana

 

This position reports to the Manager Customer Supply and works closely with other cross functional supply chain teams.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

· Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 

· Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehousing locations through controls and physical inventories, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

· Oversee order management for TBS and manage key stakeholder relationships (TOR brewery, Sherway, TBS, etc.).

· Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on key KPIs (FGL, OOS, etc.).

· Lead a team of direct reports responsible for TBS order processing, cycle counts, and discrepancy research.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain field OR equivalent experience (3+ years).
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, retail & customer order management, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of large balance inventory control and project management.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced data management and Excel skills; ability to develop databases for consolidating data.
  • Ability to develop and present strategies that provide competitive advantage through effective product supply processes.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $102,400.00 - $134,400.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
