Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Manager – Compliance working in Toronto, ON, you will be part of the Compliance team. You will manage compliance and financial governance for trade spend by reviewing and approving PO spend, auditing transactions, and ensuring adherence to AOP ZBB, SOX controls, and trade regulations. Partners with Legal and Finance to deliver training, evaluate ROI, and coordinate ZBB tracking while driving accuracy, visibility, and process improvements across commercial spending.

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager Investment & Compliance.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Review and pre-approval of all PO Spend above [$10K] 
  • Ensures alignment with AOP ZBB
  • Ensures compliance with Trade Spend regulations, in partnership with Legal Team 
  • Periodic Review/Audit of SAP for PO spend under $10K for policy adherence 
  • Periodic Review/Audit of SAP for all PO spend to review for miscategorized Trade Spend.   
  • Monitors SOX and operational controls to ensure compliance. 
  • Support T&E/P-Card audit and review
  • Delivers financial training (partnering with Legal team) on Trade Spending including both On-Premise and Retail.   
  • Assists with the evaluation of ROI analysis and templates on Trade Spend and local investments, working with finance business partners
  • Coordinates and consolidates the full ZBB on Trade Spend and local investments, working with finance business partners.  
  • Manages process to track and report line-item level detail vs ZBB throughout the year.   

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of financial governance, compliance, or audit
  • You have at least 5-7 years experience in trade spend compliance, financial controls, internal audit, or commercial finance, ideally within a consumer goods or regulated commercial environment
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $89,900.00 - $118,000.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
