About the Role:
Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a Full Time Night Crew Manager at our San Francisco Grand Central location. The perfect candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent time management willing and able to work graveyards shifts.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Night Crew
- Stocking, receiving, refilling and rotating items on shelves.
- Unloading deliveries and breaking down in a timely manner.
- Keeping an organized and well-maintained backroom.
- Handling products in such a way as to reduce the amount of damaged goods and shrink.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of management experience.
- Pro-active team oriented.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
- Able to work overnight shifts.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience on a stock team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
- Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.
Pay Range:
$28.41 depending on Industry Experience
