INA Group plays a leading role in the oil business in Croatia and an important role in the region in the exploration and production of oil and gas, oil refining and distribution of oil and petroleum products. Oil refining takes place at the Rijeka Oil Refinery, while sustainable alternative activities are being developed at the industrial site in Sisak. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- cooperation with different organizational units, functions, subsidiary CFOs, and external associates of INA Group
- participation in the management of INA Group companies’ financing, inter alia through capital increase, credit facility, cash pooling
- preparation of proposals on subsidiaries’ dividends
- providing Treasury support, advise in M&A transactions
- participation in creation of INA Group's treasury management policy and control the application of those rules in subsidiaries.
FOR THE POSITION YOU NEED TO HAVE
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Business Management
- knowledge in the field of corporate finance, accounting
- advanced knowledge of the English language
- advanced knowledge of MS Office package.
IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A projects
- knowledge of treasury activities including the cash pooling structure.
