About the Internship

We’re looking for a SalesForce Marketing Cloud Intern to support the day‑to‑day operation, development, and testing of our digital communication journeys. You’ll work closely with SFMC specialists, product owners, and marketing teams to build the next generation of personalized, automated campaigns.

This internship is the perfect opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with one of the most in‑demand digital marketing technologies, learn how enterprise‑level customer engagement platforms operate, and build practical skills in SalesForce, data handling, and marketing automation.


Main Tasks

  • Support SFMC Specialists and our Customers in configuring and operating Marketing Cloud components
  • Assist in creating and testing multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, SMS)
  • Help prepare and validate journey setups in Journey Builder
  • Participate in building data extensions, simple automations, and audience segments
  • Support troubleshooting efforts by reproducing issues, capturing logs, and documenting findings
  • Maintain SFMC‑related documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
  • Assist in quality assurance tasks: content checks, rendering tests, link tests, and data validation
  • Collaborate with product owners and marketing teams to ensure accurate delivery of communication requirements
