Polyol Product Development & Technical Service

📍 Work location: Százhalombatta (on-site)

The role provides technical expertise for polyol product development, market introduction, and customer application support especially in flexible slabstock foam application areas. The position contributes to enhancing product performance, optimizing customer processes, and strengthening MOL Group’s technical capability in the polyol value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and effective technical information flow

• Provide on-site and offering product and process guidance and application troubleshooting

• Support quality claim investigations with professional input and root-cause analysis

• Identify customer needs and market trends and translate them into development opportunities and project proposals

• Contribute to product and application development programs driven by market requirements

• Participates in the product development, qualification and approval process and projects with customers

• Prepare and support technical sales materials such as TDS, brochures, presentations, and product advantage documents

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• MSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in flexible slabstock applications, polyurethane formulation, or industrial processing

• Strong technical understanding of polyol end-use applications

• Expertise in other PU segment is advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and organizational capabilities

• Customer- and solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently and manage technical tasks with a structured mindset

• Experience in an international environment is an advantage

IT & Language Skills:

• Advanced MS Office knowledge

• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage

• Valid B category driving licence
