MOL Romania is currently recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Logistic Technical Expert to join the Road Transportation department at our Bucharest office. In this role, you will perform technical and procedural audits of discharging locations and road tankers that are transporting petroleum products for MOL Romania. You will verify and calibrate measuring devices of road tankers to fulfill technical and legislative regulations.

As a Logistic Technical Expert, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Under Road Transport Manager coordination perform technical and procedural audits of road tankers , check the fulfillment of audit findings and  implement corrective actions determined
• Check the application of technical standards and technical aspects of operation for carrier’s fleet 
• Under Road Transport Manager coordination perform technical and procedural audits of discharging locations(MOL service stations, wholesale clients), check the fulfillment of audit findings and  implement corrective actions determined
• Manage investigation of claims received from client/service station in terms of qualitative and quantitative performance of transportation services
• Participate in the investigation of incidents involving vehicles assigned to transport contracts of MOL Romania . Propose measures to prevent such incidents in the future
• Analyze fuel losses and send investigation reports to direct superiors 

• Monitor transport services and ensure that technical performance maintains in contractual terms

   

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Technical University degree
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical verifications of road trucks
• Investigation and reports in incident classification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast and precise solution in crisis management 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: excel, word, Outlook
• Fluent English
