Digital Project Manager in Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the vision and roadmap of Logistics related IT systems.

• Works closely together with business representatives to identify development areas, to understand business demands and to define functional requirements towards Logistic related IT systems.

• Aligns development directions with relevant other Product Owners, exchange possibilities with IT department.

• Defines priorities based on expected value and available resources, handles priority conflicts and interdependencies.

• Manages related project portfolio, steers project delivery, occasionally participates in project work, ensures quality.

• Works together, supports and coordinates third party vendors to ensure the business expectations are met during delivery.

• Continuously challenges the status quo, follows up market trends, newest technologies and best practices. Benchmarks to other companies.

• Participates in yearly financial planning.

Requirements:

• University/College degree

• 6-8 years of work experience, 3-4 years on relevant area

• “Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills

• General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), development methods

• Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills, good English knowledge

• Strategic thinking and analytical approach

• Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
