MOL Romania is looking for a Category Manager – Beverages who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to drive success in our Beverages category.
 

As a Category Manager, you will leverage your expertise to:

• Strategically Lead: Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives, using the 4Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion)
• Negotiate & Influence: Prepare and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and partnerships
• Analyze & Optimize: Monitor category performance, interpret data, and create actionable plans to improve results
• Innovate & Adapt: Identify new trends, launch exclusive offers, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
• Collaborate Effectively: Work cross-functionally to align projects with group standards

What You Bring:

• University degree in Economics or Business
• 4–5 years of category management experience in a multinational retail or supplier environment
• Proven expertise in Beverages Category Management
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
