Join us as a UX Designer (all genders) in our Fleet Handling team (parental leave cover - 12 months) and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!


We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill a UX Designer (parental leave cover 12 months) position. 
 
In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary product team that owns multiple services, not visible to riders, but on an operational level, behind the scenes. 
 
As a team, we empower MOIA’s autonomous operations by providing a single, reliable source of truth for fleet handling. Our mission is to empower operators and hub teams with a clear, reliable, and actionable view of their fleet


As a UX Designer, you will improve the existing product from a UX perspective and will drive forward discoveries and identify new potential topics in collaboration with the product manager and engineers.

In addition to the product team, you will be part of the design team at MOIA. We are a diverse team of UX Designers, Product Designers, and UX Researchers with all different kinds of strengths, backgrounds, and personalities. We always support each other and strongly believe that a team works best as a collective. As the design team, we pride ourselves on always bringing in the interests of our customers into our interdisciplinary teams and products. 


What you will do



  • Interdisciplinary team – work closely with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our upcoming initiatives.

  • Understand together – partner with UX Research and Product Design.

  • Embrace our product – analyze and understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape our products

  • The right person will be comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, loves solving problems, is excited to work in high-performance teams.

  • Expert in Udesign and complex discovery topics.

  • Experienced in user research that surfaces authentic and unbiased insights.

  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.

  • You can be convincing, when necessary, about your designs, but are also able to find compromises that are best for our customers and business.

  • You look at your design as an iterative process towards customer happiness.

  • You feel home using a design system and help push it even further.

  • Deep understanding of web applications.

  • An excellent portfolio showcasing your design work, style, and interests.

  • Business fluent communication in English.
