About this role


 

Join us as a (Senior) Product Safety Manager (all genders) and help build end-to-end safety solutions for autonomous driving.


As a (Senior) Product Safety Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all autonomous driving systems, functions and components meet the required safety standards and homologation-related regulations throughout the full product lifecycle. The role acts as the safety authority for the project, ensuring that safety goals are defined, verified, and validated, and that the final product is safe for public road use.


What you will do



  • Create and maintain the Product Safety Plan for the full lifecycle (concept, SOP and field)

  • Lead Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment for the end-to-end product

  • Define risk mitigation measures

  • Define and coordinate V&V strategies and execution

  • Contribute to the Holistic Safety Assurance Case


What will help you to fulfill your role 



  • A degree in science, engineering, physics or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience

  • Deep knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448

  • Hands-on experience with HARA, safety concepts, safety cases

  • Systems engineering mindset (requirements, architecture, implementation, V&V)

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills under uncertainty

  • Pragmatical mindset, able to balance innovation vs. public safety responsibilities

  • Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
