• Responsible for supporting the overall manufacturing process, through the application of broad knowledge to solve operational, as well as routine tasks in Latex Application 
• Start up new and existing machinery and line operation components as needed for continuous improvement projects.
• Provide all needed assistance to other team members and production employees as necessitated.
• Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and quality policies and regulations.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize safety and productivity. Offer suggestions for workspace improvement.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• Follow all established standard operating procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
