Primary Objective:  

Supporting production goals by performing final quality inspections and packaging finished goods.  

  

Major Function and Scope:    

  • Performs final inspection on product to ensure quality standards are met.  

  • Packages product according to varying order specifications.  

  • Abides by documentation standards and catalogues adherence to quality process.  

  • Follows all Company and Department safety policies, including personal protective equipment and alternate work procedure policies.  

  • Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.  

  • Follow all established standard operating procedures.  

  • Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.  

  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.  

   

Type of Experience and Knowledge:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.    

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing experience preferred.  

  • Prior experience with quality processes preferred.   

  • Attention to detail and organizational ability required.   

  

Physical Requirements / Other Pertinent Job Information:    

  • This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be fluctuating temperatures, and additional department-specific variables. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required, and may include hearing protection, safety shoes, high-visibility clothing, and eye protection.    

  • Other working conditions may include working 12 hour shifts and a fixed shift rotation, including holidays.   

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.; walking, bending, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs are required.
