Execute extensive managerial, technical, and business experience relating to major systems or programs for the DoD. Lead and execute extensive engineering/scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for complex developmental and prototypical weapon systems. Apply in-depth practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge to wide spectrum of technology issues. Work independently, as a team member, and/or leading teams/tasks to solve engineering/scientific problems. Ensure implementation of tailored system engineering "V" processes with consideration of a program acquisition life cycle. 10 years technical management experience in related field. MA/MS in Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field. Proficient in technical standards, principles, practices, and processes related to complex systems engineering Knowledge of and experience primarily with EO/IR sensors, target tracking, high power lasers, high power microwaves, and/or short-pulsed lasers including design, integration, and/or testing Project office experience working engineering, test and/or project planning
