Face Sculptor

Reports To: Head Trainer

Employment Status: Part Time

Stretchd is seeking trained therapists to offer their signature Facessage service. We offer 35-minute and 50-minute Facessage sessions. Each session is a relaxing face, head, neck and shoulder massage. Face incorporates specific massage techniques to help sculpt, smooth and tone facial muscles. The service also incorporates techniques for lymphatic drainage, acupressure points to relieve TMJ, jaw tension and headaches, use of tools like a gua sha, plus basic assisted stretchs and neck and shoulder massage. You must be a licensed esthetician or massage therapist in NY. 

Training will take place starting February 9, 2026.

Must love: 

• One-on-one hands-on client interaction 
• Working with clients to help reach their personal beauty and wellness goals 
• Therapeutic beauty work designed to enhance beauty from the inside out 
• Consistently learning new techniques and methods 
• Working for an early-stage business 

Requirements: 

• Undergo paid Face Sculptor training of up to 20 hours 
• Must be available at least 15-25 hours a week 
• Must be available to work 6-8 hour shifts 
• Must be able to work at least ONE weekend day shift, including Sundays to start 
• Must be available to work from both the Stretchd spaces (Flatiron and Upper East Side) 
• Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs. 

Pay:

• In the Stretchd space: You will earn a competitive base hourly rate. On top of this, you will earn additional payment based on sessions that you complete. 
• Tip Policy: Tips are encouraged and discretionary. 
• Higher rates for Events hosted on and offsite

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 average per hour (combined hourly base & commission & tips)

Supervisory Responsibility: 

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. 

Work Environment: 

The job operates in a professional, retail environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers and phones.

 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit or stand with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Type: 

This is a part-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
