Total Rewards SpecialistWe are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia.
Coordination of Processes: Coordinates Total Rewards processes like salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. Supports in Design & Development of Policies: Supports in the design and development Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure and Flexible Working Arrangements Analyzes Remuneration Scheme: Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness Maintains the Data Submission: Closely cooperates and maintains the data submission with external compensation consulting companies Active Participation in the Team: Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives Manage Insurance Matters: Manage insurance matters, such as new hires and dependents enrolment, resignees removal from AON Care portal, attend to employees enquiries, and liaise with broker on any related matters. Others: Any other Total Rewards related task that may be assigned from time to time.Other facts
About MODEC
Part of the MODEC Group, MODEC in Singapore provides engineering design and consultancy services to support oil and gas extraction and offshore exploration activities. The Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels and other floating production systems is handled by MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) and Offshore Frontier Solutions, the latter a joint venture company formed by MODEC Inc. and Toyo Engineering Corporation in 2022.
A new execution center has been opened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as part of the company’s expansion plan to continue extending our capabilities and services to support our clients. OFS has also partnered with Toyo India to establish OFS India in Bengaluru, India. OFS India will execute Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and detailed engineering, and provide procurement support for the topsides of FPSO projects, among its primary business activities.

What you'll do
- The Total Rewards Specialist coordinates processes related to salary and bonus planning, and supports the design and development of Total Rewards policies. They also analyze remuneration schemes and manage insurance matters for employees.
