About This Role
We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer with 7+ years of experience who can lead the evolution of our provider and pharmacy-facing applications. You’ll help mature our frontend architecture, reduce technical debt, and build performant, reliable, and intuitive tools that clinicians use every day. This role is deeply hands-on - you’ll ship production features while also setting standards, mentoring engineers, and shaping how our frontend systems scale.
What will you be doing?
Lead the development, optimization, and expansion of complex web applications using React, TypeScript, and Redux (with occasional mobile collaboration where needed). Build and refine highly interactive, data-heavy interfaces that support real-time workflows for providers, clinicians, and pharmacies. Drive best practices around performance, security, scalability, and code quality as the platform rapidly grows. Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend to turn complex clinical and operational needs into intuitive, efficient user experiences. Own key architectural decisions, guide refactors, and mentor engineers to raise the bar for frontend craftsmanship across the team. Work hands-on with modern frontend tooling, component-driven architecture, and state management strategies.
