MMR Field Engineer -

Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $35/Hour
Per Diem: $625/week if all qualifications are met.
Work Schedule: 5/10s or 7/12s

Job Description: 

MMR is seeking Field Engineer candidates. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: 

  • Assist with field estimates, change orders, billing, purchasing, etc. 

  • Assist with building work packages 

  • Conduct quantity surveying and tracking 

  • Assist with timekeeping as needed 

  • Assist with document control  

  • Assist with preparing weekly progress reports 

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in electrical and industrial construction 

  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications  

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision 

  • Must have basic knowledge in estimating and controls  

  • Working knowledge of MS Office software 

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills  

  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed 

  • Regular and reliable attendance at work
