Position Overview
MML Hospitality is seeking a Web Manager to own the strategy, execution, and ongoing maintenance of websites across MML Hospitality’s growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly detail-oriented, and experienced with Webflow or similar no/low-code platforms. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital presence is polished, functional, and aligned with brand standards across all concepts.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, update, and maintain multiple brand websites, primarily in Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Design, build, and refine page layouts, components, and interactions with strong UI/UX principles
- Partner closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and elevated digital execution
- Handle technical web operations, including DNS setup, domain management, hosting, redirects, and basic troubleshooting
- Optimize site performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Quickly implement updates for menus, events, announcements, and new openings
- Coordinate with internal teams and restaurant/hotel operations to support ongoing web needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and the overall digital experience
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in Webflow or comparable no/low-code web platforms
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web best practices
- Experience managing DNS, domains, and hosting environments
- Strong UI/UX sensibility with an eye for clean, refined design
- Ability to identify performance, usability, and scalability improvements
- Highly organized and comfortable managing priorities across multiple brands
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar
- Working knowledge of basic SEO and accessibility standards
Nice-to-Have
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations)
- Prior exposure to multi-brand portfolios or hospitality environments
