We are looking for a talented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team on-site in Brooklyn! Reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations, you will be the heartbeat of our physical workspace, ensuring our daily operations run seamlessly and our team has an environment where they can do their best work.

Core Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Act as the primary on-site support for daily needs, including hospitality, coffee service, and general logistics.
• Inventory & Facilities: Manage monthly stocking plans for office supplies and our micro-kitchen (snacks/drinks). Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare and reserve meeting rooms, ensuring A/V readiness, cleanliness, and professional presentation for all sessions.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with building management (WeWork/building services) and external vendors for maintenance, deliveries, and cleaning services.
• Executive Support: Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, light travel logistics, and ad hoc requests.
• Culture Building: Plan and execute in-office events and team gatherings, managing everything from vendor selection to on-site setup and support.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, hospitality, or workplace operations.
• Availability: Ability to work on-site in Brooklyn Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (Standard schedule: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability: Comfortable handling multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Interests: Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in DeFi and blockchain technology.

• Previous experience supporting senior executives (CEO/Leadership).
• Proficiency with modern workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
